护士基于循证护理实施疼痛评估行为的现状及相关影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨护士基于循证护理实施疼痛评估行为的现状及相关影响因素。方法:2019年1月—12月应用中文版疼痛评估护理实践问卷对本地区三级甲等医院共122名护士进行调查,采用多元回归分析影响护士疼痛循证评估护理行为的相关因素。结果:护士疼痛循证评估行为评分为(101.12±5.23)分,其中条目均分最低为与病人及其家属进行疼痛评估交流(3.35±0.41)分。经多元回归分析可知护士学历、职称、所在科室、是否接受疼痛培训、疼痛知识水平、是否建立疼痛评估制度是影响护士疼痛循证评估行为的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:护士疼痛循证评估行为水平一般,还有待进一步提高。护理管理者可通过定期进行疼痛知识培训及完善疼痛评估制度,以提高护士疼痛循证护理水平。 Objective:To explore the status quo and related influencing factors of implementing pain assessment behavior based on evidence-based nursing among nurses.Methods:A total of 122 nurses in a tertiary grade A hospital were investigated with the Chinese version of pain assessment nursing practice questionnaire from January 2019 to December 2019.Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the related influencing factors of nurses′pain assessment behavior based on evidence-based nursing.Results:The score of evidence-based pain assessment behavior of nurses was 101.12±5.23.And item with the lowest average score was pain assessment communication with patients and their families,its score was 3.35±0.41.Multiple regression analysis showed that education background,professional title,department,whether or not accepting pain training,pain knowledge level,whether or not establishing pain assessment system were the main factors influencing nurses′pain evidence-based assessment behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of evidence-based pain assessment behavior of nurses is general and needs to be further improved.Nursing managers can improve the level of evidence-based nursing by regularly carrying out pain knowledge training and improving the pain assessment system.
