品格优势干预对轻中度脑卒中病人个人掌控感和家庭适应性的影响

Influence of character strengths intervention on personal mastery and family adaptation in patients with mild to moderate stroke

目的:将品格优势干预应用于轻度、中度脑卒中病人,探讨品格优势干预对病人个人掌控感和家庭适应性的影响。方法:选取神经内科80例轻中度脑卒中病人作为研究对象,以2019年3月—7月入院的40例病人为对照组,8月—12月入院的40例病人为试验组。试验组在常规护理基础上进行品格优势干预,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组病人干预后的个人掌控感和家庭适应性。结果:干预后试验组病人的个人掌控感、家庭总体满意度、家庭人际关系、家庭与社区及自然环境之间的关系得分及家庭适应总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品格优势干预通过挖掘和运用病人的品格优势,可帮助病人提升个人掌控感和家庭适应性,对脑卒病人个人及其家庭均具有积极意义。

Objective:Character strengths intervention was applied to patients with mild and moderate stroke,and to explore the influence of character strengths intervention on patients′personal mastery and family adaptation.Methods:Totally 80 patients with mild to moderate stroke in neurology department,were selected as the research objects.40 patients admitted from March to July in 2019,were divided into the control group.And 40 patients admitted from August to December in 2019,were divided as the experimental group.The experimental group received character strengths intervention based on routine nursing,while the mastery group received routine nursing.The personal mastery and family adaptation of the two groups were compared after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of personal mastery,family overall satisfaction,family interpersonal relationship,the relationship between family and community and natural environment,and the total score of family adaptation in the experimental group,were higher than those in the control group,And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Character strengths intervention can help patients improve their personal mastery and family adaptation by mining and using their character advantages,which has positive significance for stroke patients and their families.
