摘要
异噻唑类化合物具有良好的杀菌活性.以4-氨基-3-苯基-5-异噻唑甲酸乙酯为先导化合物,并结合酰胺类杀菌剂的骨架特点,设计、合成了一系列结构新颖的异噻唑酰胺类化合物.其结构经1H-NMR、LC-MS等确证.初步杀菌活性数据表明:部分化合物对玉米锈病、水稻稻瘟病、黄瓜灰霉病具有一定的杀菌活性,其中化合物C-2在0.9 mg/L下对水稻稻瘟病的防效可达100%,可作为先导化合物进行深入研究.
Isothiazole compounds have good fungicidal activity.According to the structural features of amide compounds,4-amino-3-phenyl-5-isothiazolate was chosen as the lead compound and a series of novel isothiazole amide compounds were designed and synthesized;its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR,and LC-MS.Preliminary biodata indicated that several compounds had good fungicidal activity against corn rust,rice blast fungus,and botrytis cinerea.The compound C-2 exhibited 100%control effect on rice blast at a dose of 0.9 mg/L,which could be used as lead compounds for further research.
