邻面边缘提升结合全冠修复下颌第二磨牙远中大面积缺损的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of proximal margin elevation combined with full crown to repair the large distal defect of mandibular second molars

目的:探讨邻面边缘提升结合全冠修复下颌第二磨牙远中大面积缺损的临床效果。方法:选取58颗远中龋坏导致牙髓炎症的下颌第二磨牙,随机分为实验组和对照组各29例。实验组根管治疗后利用树脂提升边缘后进行全冠修复,对照组根管治疗后常规备牙全冠修复。术后1年对两组修复体进行临床修复效果评价。结果:所有纳入的修复体1年后复查,实验组和对照组在修复体完整性、边缘密合性、边缘染色、继发龋、牙龈健康情况等方面,差异均无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:邻面边缘提升结合全冠修复下颌第二磨牙的远中大面积缺损临床修复效果良好,可作为下颌第二磨牙远中大面积缺损临床修复的选择方案。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of proximal margin elevation technique combined with full crown restoration in the treatment of mandibular second molars with large distal defect.Methods:Fifty-eight distal caries mandibular second molars with with decayed distal surface were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with full crown restoration after proximal margin elevation.while the control group was treated with conventional full crown restoration.The restorations were evaluated and compared according to modified United States Public Health Service(USPHS)criteria.Results:All teeth were completed 1-year-follow-up.There were no statistically significant differences between experimental group and control group in success rates of the restoration integrity,marginal fitness,color matching,secondary caries and gum health(P>0.05).Conclusion:Proximal margin elevation combined with full crown restoration is an effective treatment in the restoration of the large-area distal defect of the mandibular second molar.
