上颌后牙种植区骨体积分数与种植体初期稳定性的相关性研究

Correlation between bone volume fraction and initial stability of implants in maxillary posterior dental implant area

目的:分析上颌后牙种植区骨体积分数并了解其与种植体初期稳定性的相关性。方法:选取在中国科技大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)口腔中心行上颌后牙种植术的32例患者(37个缺牙位)。术中采用环钻在种植位点取出骨块,制作组织切片并利用PANNORAMIC全景切片扫描成像技术联合医学数码病理图像分析软件Image Pro Plus 6.0对骨密度进行量化分析,测量骨体积分数(bone volume fraction,BV/TV)。术后即刻测量种植体的稳定系数(implant stability quotient,ISQ),分析BV/TV与ISQ之间的相关性。结果:BV/TV与ISQ在上颌前磨牙区与磨牙区之间、不同性别之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Pearson相关系数分析,上颌后牙种植区BV/TV与ISQ呈正相关(r=0.862,P<0.05)。结论:骨体积分数可为种植区骨密度量化提供客观指标,对种植体初期稳定性的评估具有重要影响。

Objective:The research is aiming at analyzing the bone volume fraction in the oral implant area to understand the correlation between the bone volume fraction and the initial stability of implants.Methods:Thirty-two patients with 37 missing teeth were selected from the Dental Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC,Division of Science and Technology of China were selected.During the operation,the bone fragments were removed at the implant site with aring drill.After decalcification,tissue sections were made.The bone volume fraction(BV/TV)was analyzed and measured by Panoramic slice scanning imaging technology of PANNORAMIC combined with the pathology image analysis software of medical digital Image Pro Plus 6.0.The implant stability quotient(ISQ)of the implants was measured immediately after operation,and the correlation between BV/TV and ISQ was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in BV/TV and ISQ between maxillary premolars and molars,males and females.There was a positive correlation between BV/TV and ISQ by Pearson correlation coefficient analysis(r=0.862,P<0.05).Conclusion:The bone volume fraction can provide an objective index for the quantification of bone mineral density in the implant area,which has an important influence on the evaluation of the initial stability of the implant.
