2019年临朐县35~85岁居民糖尿病筛查及依从性分析

目的通过对临朐县35~85岁居民糖尿病筛查及依从性分析,了解居民糖尿病患病情况、就医情况、健康处方执行情况,为今后有针对性地开展糖尿病宣传教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法借助公共卫生网络对临朐县辖区内登记管理的所有35~85岁居民作为目标人群进行血糖普查和糖尿病知识宣传,并对糖尿病患者或疑似糖尿病患者开出健康处方,半年后进行随访。数据输入EpiData 3.1数据库。结果共筛查497721人,糖尿病患者60963例,患病率为12.25%,其中男性居民247147人,患病26372例,患病率为10.67%;女性居民250574人,患病34591例,患病率为13.80%(P<0.01)。性别患病率年龄段分析,除35~39岁组性别患病率无差异外(P>0.05),均为女性高于男性(P<0.01)。男性糖尿病患者半年内主动就诊率男性为71.03%(18732/26372),女性为59.54%(20595/34591)(P<0.01)。糖尿病患者半年内执行健康处方男性为81.42%(21472/26372),女性为88.36%(30564/34591)(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病的趋势是随着年龄的增长而上升,且有年轻化趋势。

Objective To understand the situation of diabetes,medical treatment and implementation of health prescriptions among residents aged 35-85 years old in Linqu county through screening for diabetes and compliance analysis,so as to provide scientific basis for targeted education and behavioral intervention on diabetes in the future.Methods With the help of public health network,all residents aged 35-85 who were registered and managed in Linqu county were targeted for blood glucose screening and diabetes knowledge promotion,and health prescriptions were issued to patients with diabetes or suspected patients with diabetes,and follow-up was conducted after 6 months.Data was entered into the Epi Data 3.1 database.Results A total of 497721 subjects were screened,and there were 60963 diabetic patients,with the prevalence of 12.25%.Among them,247147 were male residents and 26372 were ill,with the prevalence of 10.67%.Among 250574 female residents,34591 cases(13.80%)had the disease,n(P<0.01).In the age analysis of gender prevalence,it was higher in females than in males(P<0.01)except that there was no significant difference in gender prevalence among the 35-39 age groups(P>0.05).The active visiting rates of male patients with diabetes in half a year were 71.03%(18732/26372)and 59.54%(20595/34591)(P<0.01).The percentages of males and females who executed health prescriptions within half a year in patients with diabetes were 81.42%(21472/26372)and 88.36%(30564/34591)(P<0.01).Conclusion The trend of diabetes mellitus increases with the age,and it shows a trend of younger generation.
