卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤采用不同手术方式的疗效分析

A Comparative Study of the Different Surgical Technique for Ovary Mature Teratoma

目的探讨卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤采用不同手术方式的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院妇产科2013年6月~2020年6月7年间因卵巢畸胎瘤住院行手术治疗的患者53例。根据手术方式不同,分为开腹组(30例),腹腔镜组(23例),对二者在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后排气时间及并发症进行统计学对比。结果53例患者均成功完成手术,术后恢复良好。与开腹组相比,腹腔镜组的术中出血量、术后排气时间明显少于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而手术时间及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症发生率:腹腔镜组13.04%(3/23),开腹组66.67%(20/30),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较开腹手术而言,腹腔镜手术能减少出血量及术后并发症。

Objective:To investigate the different surgical technique for ovary mature teratoma.Methods:Totally,53 patients with ovary mature teratoma were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2020.They were divided into laparotomy group(n=30)and laparoscopic group(n=23)according to surgical technique.The operation time,amount of bleeding,passage of gas by anus,and hospitalized time,postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing with laparotomy group,the amount of bleeding,passage of gas by anus,and postoperative complications were better in laparoscopic group(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences the time of operation and hospitalized(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic operation has notable superiority of less amount of bleeding and postoperative complications in patients with ovary mature teratoma.
