摘要
采用一种磷腈盐为催化剂合成了高分子量高活性聚醚多元醇。考察了反应温度、催化剂用量以及反应压力对高活性聚醚多元醇性能的影响,并且通过对比发泡实验对其性能进行了验证。结果表明,磷腈盐催化剂质量分数0.2%、反应温度105℃、反应压力0.15 MPa为较佳的合成条件;磷腈盐催化剂合成的聚醚多元醇所制备泡沫与KOH合成的聚醚多元醇所制备泡沫相比,物理性能基本相当。
Polyether polyol with high molecular and high activity was synthesized by using a phosphazene catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,amount of catalyst and reaction pressure on the properties of high activity polyether polyol were investigated,and the properties were verified by comparative foaming experiments.The results showed that the better conditions for synthesis were the amount of phosphazene catalyst of 0.2%,the reaction temperature of 105℃and the reaction pressure of 0.15 MPa.The physical properties of foam prepared by polyether polyols with phosphazene catalyst were equivalent to those of polyether polyols with KOH.
