摘要
比较了无溶剂型单组分聚氨酯(PU)和聚氨酯脲-环氧树脂(PUUE)用作整体防水涂膜层的基础物化、力学和耐老化等性能,对标国家及企业标准中防水性能指标,并进行机理分析。结果表明,PU与PUUE防水涂膜的基础物化性能相差不大,但是后者的力学性能、耐紫外/热老化和耐化学性等优于前者。拥有良好特种防水性能的PUUE可较好地满足南方湿热环境下目标厂房屋面特种防水工况。
The basic physicochemical,mechanical,aging resistance properties of free-solvent single-component polyurethane(PU)and polyurethane urea-epoxy resin(PUUE)as the whole waterproof coating layer were compared,which contrasted to the national and enterprise standards of waterproof material,and carried the mechanism analysis.The results showed that the basic physicochemical properties of PU and PUUE were similar,but the mechanical properties,UV/thermal resistance and chemical resistance of PUUE were better than those of PU.The nice special waterproof performance of PUUE could meet the special waterproof requirements of target workshop roof in the hot and humid environment in southern China.
