低聚物二醇和二异氰酸酯对水性聚氨酯性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为低聚物二醇原料,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为二异氰酸酯原料,以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,通过丙酮法合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。研究了PTMG和PCDL、IPDI和HMDI对乳液粒径、膜力学性能和吸水率的影响。结果表明,WPU膜的力学性能和耐水性等受异氰酸酯的分子结构和低聚物二醇的结晶性的影响,以HMDI与PTMG为原料合成的WPU具有较佳的力学性能、耐水性和水蒸气透过率。 A series of waterborne polyurethanes(WPU)were prepared by acetone method with polytetra-methylene ether glycol(PTMG)or polyhexamethylenecarbonate diol(PCDL)as oligomeric diol,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)or 4,4-methylenebis cyclohexyl isocyanate(HMDI)as diisocyanate,and dihydroxymethyl propionic acid(DMPA)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as chain extenders.The effects of PTMG and PCDL,IPDI and HMDI on the particle size of WPU,mechanical and water resistance properties of the WPU films were compared.The results indicated that WPU prepared with HMDI and PTMG had the optimal mechanical properties,water resistance and water vapor transmission rate.
