钢轨气压焊接端面微观特征分析

摘要 为了研究气压焊接钢轨端面的处理工艺,采用不同的钢轨端面加工方法制备了9种试样,对试样表面进行显微拍照,观察其表面形貌并进行成分分析,分析不同加工工艺处理后的钢轨端面的表面微观特征和氧化物含量。结果表明:锯切和磨削后的试样表面存在氧化物;状态不好的端铣机加工的钢轨端面表面存在氧化铁,且不易被锉削加工消除;磨削砂轮的新旧状态对加工效果无明显差别;锉削加工可有效去除磨削加工表面的氧化物。 In order to study the processing technology of air pressure welding rail end plane,nine kinds of samples were prepared by different processing methods of rail end plane.The surface of the samples was photographed microscopically,and the surface morphology was observed and composition were analyzed.The surface micro characteristics and oxide content of the rail end plane treated by different processing methods were discussed.The results show that there are oxides on the surface of the samples after sawing and grinding.There is iron oxide on the surface of rail end plane machined by end milling machine in bad condition,and it is not easy to be eliminated by filing.There is no obvious difference between the new and old state of grinding wheel on the processing effect.Filing can effectively remove the oxide on the grinding machining surface.
