摘要
鉴于火箭撬滑轨的精密测控需求以及高精度智能型全站仪在高速铁路轨道控制网测量和轨道平顺性测控中的成功应用,本文提出了一种使用智能型全站仪在火箭撬滑轨两侧建立平面控制网,并采用多控制点后方边角交会测量对滑轨平面直线度进行测控的方法。两次测量试验表明该方法能够达到火箭撬滑轨平面平顺性测控的精度要求,为火箭撬滑轨安装测控提供了一种新思路。
In view of the demand for precision measurement and control of rocket sled slide rail,and the successful application of high-precision intelligent total station in high-speed railway track control network measurement and track smoothness measurement and control,a plane control network was established by using the intelligent total station on both sides of the rocket sled slide rail.The straightness of the slide rail plane could be measured and controlled by using the method of multi-control point backside corner intersection measurement.Two measurement tests show that this method can meet the precision requirements of measurement and control the plane smoothness of the rocket sled slide rail,which can provide a new idea for measurement and control the installation of rocket sled slide rail.
