某市重点药品监控现状调查及管理对策研究报告

Investigation on the Current Situation of Key Monitoring Drugs and Study on Management Countermeasures in a City

目的:调查医院重点药品监控现状,研讨管理对策。方法:回顾性分析九江市二级以上公立医疗机构2017年第3季度(管控前)及2020年第3季度(管控后)重点监控药品管控的数据并进行效果分析。结果:重点监控药品经规范化管理后,管控前辅助用药居多,管控后治疗用药居多,管控后只有丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液在前十以内;重点监控药品专项点评合理率从86.67%提升到97.00%,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重点药品监控后,不合理用药情况明显好转。各医院结合本院用药特点,对重点监控药品从监管办法、不合理用药奖惩规定、信息化监管、重点监控药品目录调整、合理用药点评及培训等环节进行相应监管,将有力提高合理用药水平。

Objective:To investigate the monitoring status of key drugs in hospital and discuss the management countermeasures.Methods:Retrospective analysis before and after the control focus on monitoring drug use changes and effect analysis.Results:After the standardized management of key monitoring drugs,most of them were adjuvant drugs before the control,and most of them were therapeutic drugs after the control.Only sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection were in the top ten after the control;the reasonable rate of special comment on key monitoring drugs increased from 86.67%to 97.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the monitoring of key drugs,the situation of irrational drug use improved significantly.According to the characteristics of drug use in our hospital,each hospital should supervise the key monitoring drugs from the aspects of supervision methods,reward and punishment regulations for irrational drug use,information supervision,adjustment of key monitoring drug catalogue,comments on rational drug use and training,which will effectively improve the level of rational drug use.
