摘要
本文基于无源系统电路的建模基本准则,通过阻抗分析仪获取电源变压器端口阻抗,根据端口阻抗随频率的变化规律,建立高空电磁脉冲传导环境下的等效电路模型,并通过自定义函数拟合的方法获取等效电路的关键参数,设计了变压器等效电路模型的验证试验及其全电路仿真模型,通过对比试验与仿真获得的电压、电流时域波形及HEMP传导环境主要频段内的端口阻抗,证明了本文建模方法的有效性。
Based on the basic principle of passive system circuit modeling,the port impedance of power transformer is obtained by impedance analyzer.The equivalent circuit model under high altitude electromagnetic pulse conduction environment is established according to the change law of port impedance with frequency.The key parameters of the equivalent circuit are obtained by custom function fitting method,and the verification test of transformer equivalent circuit model are designed.By comparing the voltage,current,and the port impedance in the main frequency band under HEMP conduction environment obtained from experiment and simulation,the effectiveness of the proposed modeling method is proved.
