摘要
为保证脉冲同轴输出装置的绝缘性、结构稳定性及工程可实现性,本文提出了一种双锥支撑结构,建立了该结构的简化动力学模型,推导了径向临界稳定力的理论计算公式,并进行了有限元仿真分析。结果表明,双锥支撑结构的径向临界稳定力与绝缘距离成反比,径向临界稳定力仿真值与理论值的相对偏差小于6%,验证了简化动力学模型的正确性,可以根据该模型及沿面绝缘距离要求,进行双锥支撑结构设计。与传统平板式支撑结构相比,双锥支撑结构具有同轴可实现性强、沿面绝缘距离长及工程易实现等优点。
To ensure insulation property,structural stability,and engineering implementation of the pulse coaxial output device,a cone-shaped brace is proposed in this paper.The simplified stability model of cone-shaped brace is established,the theoretical calculation formula of the radial critical stability force is derived,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the critical stability force of the cone-shaped brace is inversely proportional to the insulation distance,and the relative deviation between the theoretical results and simulations of the critical stability force is less than 6%,which verifies the correctness of the simplified stability model.It can be used to guide the design the cone-shaped brace by combining with the requirement of insulation distance.Compared with the traditional tabulate brace,the cone-shaped brace has the advantages of excellent coaxial realization,long insulation distance along the surface,and easy engineering implementation.
