A Study on Spiritual Care Assessment Tools and Progress in Their Development

灵性照顾,是灵性观念在健康照顾或医疗照护领域的应用。近年来,国外灵性照顾领域已经开发出三类评估工具,具体涉及护理人员灵性照顾观念、护理人员灵性照顾能力以及患者灵性照顾需求等相关量表。这些量表在测评题目、信效度、适用人群、临床应用等方面各有其特点。其中一些量表已经有汉语适用版本,即依据我国的文化语境做出了适当的跨文化调适,对西方文化背景的语义表达进行了适当转换,使其表达更清晰更明确,并对理解度不高的概念加以扩展性说明。对国外灵性照顾评估工具研究进展的跟踪研究,将有助于推进本土化灵性照顾的临床实践和拓展应用。

Spiritual care,is the application of spiritual concepts in the field of health care or medical care.In recent years,three types of assessment tools have been developed in the field of spiritual care abroad,specifically in relation to scales related to caregivers’perceptions of spiritual care,caregivers’spiritual care competencies and patients’spiritual care needs.Each of these scales has its own characteristics in terms of assessment topics,reliability and validity,applicable population and clinical application.Some of these scales are available in Chinese,i.e.they have been adapted to the cultural context of China,with appropriate cross-cultural adaptations to make the semantic expressions of the Western cultural context clearer and more explicit,and with extended explanations for concepts that are not well understood.The follow-up study on the progress of research on spiritual care assessment tools abroad will help to advance the clinical practice and expand the application of localized spiritual care.
