微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 三叉神经痛是指发生在三叉神经分布区内的阵发性剧烈疼痛,呈反复发作,是最常见的脑神经疾病,其发病原因尚不明确,其中微血管压迫学说被大多数学者和临床医生所接受,微血管减压术是目前治疗三叉神经痛最常用的手术方式。近年来,随着相关技术的发展,微血管减压术的影像学检查、术中监测技术、辅助内镜、垫隔材料和手术切口设计均有不同程度的进展,本文回顾了微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的发展过程,并对几项临床应用新进展进行综述,以提高手术成功率并降低手术风险。 Trigeminal neuralgia refers to paroxysmal severe pain occurring in the distribution area of the trigeminal nerve,with recurrent attacks.It is the most common cerebral nerve disease,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.The theory of microvascular compression has been accepted by most scholars and clinicians.Microvascular decompression is the most commonly used surgical method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.In recent years,with the development of related technologies,the imaging examination,intraoperative monitoring techniques,auxiliary endoscopy,cushion materials and surgical incision design of themicrovascular decompression have all progressed to varying degrees.This article reviews the development process of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and reviews several new advances in clinical application,in order to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the risk of surgery.
