重庆老年社区日间照料设施空间优化研究

Research on Space Optimization of Day Care Facilities in Chongqing Aged Communities

近年来我国大力提倡社区养老模式,但社区老年日间照料设施作为社区养老模式的物质依托,普遍利用率较低。因此,笔者对老龄化典型城市重庆的主城区日间照料设施进行调研,通过实地考察、问卷调研及行为观察等多种研究方法,总结日间照料设施室内活动空间及生活空间在空间使用、功能面积配比等方面存在的问题。并从配置合理化、功能复合化两方面提出相应空间优化策略,以整体优化日间照料设施空间环境,进而从社区层面改善老年人生活质量。

In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the community pension model,but the community elderly day care facilities as the material support of the community pension model,generally low utilization rate.Therefore,the author conducted a survey on the daycare facilities in the main urban area of Chongqing,a typical aging city.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey,behavioral observation and other research methods,the author summarized the problems existing in the space use,functional area ratio and other aspects of indoor activity space and living space of the daycare facilities.In addition,corresponding spatial optimization strategies are proposed from the perspectives of rationalized allocation and complex functions,so as to optimize the spatial environment of day care facilities as a whole,thus improving the quality of life of the elderly at the community level.
