消导调经汤治疗肾虚痰湿血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Xiaodao Tiaojing Decoction in Treating Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency,Phlegm Dampness and Blood Stasis

目的探讨消导调经汤治疗肾虚痰湿血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2020年4月于深圳市龙华区中心医院就诊的108例多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各59例。对照组给予西药来曲唑、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,研究组给予消导调经汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后性激素卵泡刺激素(Follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)水平,治疗后子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径及成熟卵泡个数,6个月内妊娠成功率。结果治疗后,2组FSH、LH、T水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡个数及最大卵泡直径大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组妊娠成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消导调经汤治疗肾虚痰湿血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症疗效显著,对患者性激素水平改善、子宫内膜增厚及增强卵泡发育具有良好作用,可有效促进排卵。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.Methods A selection of 108 patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,chorionic gonadotropin,and the study group was treated with Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction.The levels of sex hormones before and after treatment[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)],the thickness of the endometrium,the largest follicle diameter and the number of mature follicles after treatment,pregnancy within 6 months success rate was compared.Results After treatment,the LH,FSH,and T levels of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of the endometrium,the number of mature follicles and the diameter of the largest follicle in the study group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction has a considerable therapeutic effect on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis,which can effectively improve the sex hormone level and endometrial thickness of patients and promote ovulation.
