益气除痞汤治疗脾虚证功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Jiepi Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

目的系统性评价益气除痞汤对脾虚证功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的治疗效果。方法选取自2019年1月—2019年12月于大连市中医医院消化科门诊及病房收治的脾虚证FD患者30例,对患者进行健康教育,改变患者饮食、规律作息等生活习惯,调畅患者情绪等,在此基础上联合益气除痞汤水煎服。观察治疗前后中医证候评分及治疗有效率。结果治疗前中医证候积分为(27.53±6.312)分,治疗后1个月中医证候积分为(20.53±6.27)分,治疗2个月后中医证候积分为(12.2±8.17)分,治疗后2个月总有效率为86.67%(26/30),治疗前后中医证候积分及总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气除痞汤治疗脾虚证FD患者安全有效,可以改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Jiepi decoction on functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen deficiency syndrome and analyze its principle of composition.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,30 patients with FD of spleen deficiency syndrome were selected and treated in outpatient department and ward of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The routine treatment plan included health education for patients;change of patients’diet,regular work and rest habits;regulate patients’mood,etc.combined with Yiqi Jiepi decoction,twice daily oral administration for 2 months.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and treatment efficiency before and after treatment were observed.Results The TCM syndrome score before treatment was(27.53±6.312)points,1 month after treatment was(20.53±6.27)points,2 months after treatment was(12.2±8.17)points,the total effective rate 2 months after treatment was 86.67%(26/30).Comparison of TCM syndrome score and total effective rate before and after treatment was made.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jiepi decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of FD of spleen deficiency,it can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients,and it is worth popularizing widely.
