摘要
目的分析加味当归补血汤治疗慢性心力衰竭伴贫血的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年12月辽宁省大连市第二人民医院收治的82例慢性心力衰竭伴贫血患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(常规治疗)与观察组(常规治疗+加味当归补血汤),每组41例。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、心功能指标、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)水平及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗后的心悸、气喘、乏力、水肿等中医证候积分以及MLHFQ评分均低于对照组,左心室短轴缩短率(Fractional shortening,FS)、左心室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)及Hb水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭伴贫血患者采用加味当归补血汤治疗,有助于缓解患者的症状,改善心功能,纠正其贫血状态,促进其生活质量的提高。
Objective To analyze the effect of Danggui Buxue decoction on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure and anemia.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure with anemia admitted to Dalian Second People’s Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment plan,they were divided into control group(conventional treatment)and observation group(conventional treatment and Danggui Buxue decoction),with 41 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,cardiac function index,Hemoglobin(Hb)level and quality of life score.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores such as palpitation,asthma,fatigue,edema and MLHFQ score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular fractional shortening(FS)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and Hb levels were higher than those in the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with heart failure with anemia are treated with modified Danggui Buxue decoction,which is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve cardiac function,correct their anemia status,and promote the improvement of their quality of life.
