中医手法复位治疗肱骨髁上骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Manipulation Reduction in the Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus

目的观察中医手法复位治疗肱骨髁上骨折临床疗效。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2019年1月—12月收治的84例肱骨髁上骨折患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组采用常规内固定治疗,观察组采用中医手法复位治疗,治疗后观察2组临床疗效、肘关节功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率95.24%(40/42)高于对照组80.95%(34/42)(P<0.05),其治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月的Mayo肘关节功能评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率4.76%(2/42)低于对照组4.76%(2/42)(P<0.05)。结论肱骨髁上骨折患者采用中医手法复位治疗可取得理想的效果,有利于患者骨折的愈合,减少并发症,促进肘关节功能快速恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of manipulation reduction in treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 84 patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into control group(conventional internal fixation treatment,n=42)and the observation group(using traditional Chinese medicine manipulation reduction,n=42).The clinical curative effect,the elbow joint function recovery and complications were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%,34/42)(P<0.05)The elbow function score was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was 4.76%(2/42)lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation reduction can achieve an ideal effect,which is beneficial to the healing of fracture,the reduction of complications,and the rapid recovery of elbow joint function.
