摘要
目的探讨补肾益气安胎汤治疗早期先兆流产的效果。方法选取内蒙古赤峰市医院2018年11月—2019年11月收治的80例早期先兆流产患者,将患者信息输入Excel表格后进行住院号排序分组(每组40例),序号奇数者为对照组,给予黄体酮和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)治疗;而序号偶数者为研究组,在对照组的基础上给予补肾益气安胎汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后的β-HCG和孕酮水平以及临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的β-HCG和孕酮水平经统计分析提示较对照组更优(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05)。结论早期先兆流产患者采用补肾益气安胎汤治疗疗效显著,能够有效改善β-HCG和孕酮水平,提高保胎治疗效果,因此值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to Inner Mongolia Chifeng Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.After inputting the patient information into excel table,the patients were divided into two groups(with 40 cases in each group).The odd numbered group was the control group,and they were given progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)treatment;the even numbered group was the study group,and they were given Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels ofβ-hCG and progesterone before and after treatment were compared with those before and after treatment.Results The levels ofβ-hCG and progesterone in the study group were statistically superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Antai decoction is effective in the treatment of early threatened abortion.It can effectively improve the level ofβ-hCG and progesterone,and improve the effect of fetal protection.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
