微创埋线治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study on Acupoint Minimally Invasive Thread Embedding in the Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen

摘要 目的探讨微创埋线治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征(Chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月—2018年6月于东直门医院通州院区针灸科二区就诊的80例CFS患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用微创埋线治疗,对照组采用人参归脾丸治疗,2组患者均连续治疗30 d。比较2组的中医证型的临床疗效、疲劳、焦虑及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候、疲劳、焦虑评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创埋线治疗心脾两虚型CFS疗效较好,可以在临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive thread embedding on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)with deficiency of both heart and spleen.Methods From May 2017 to June 2018,80 patients with CFS who were treated in the second district of acupuncture and moxibustion in Tongzhou District of Dongzhimen Hospital were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive thread embedding.The control group was treated with oral Chinese patent medicine Renshen Guipi pills.Patients in 2 groups were treated continuously for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,fatigue,anxiety and quality of life scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,fatigue and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive thread embedding is an effective treatment method for CFS with deficiency of both heart and spleen,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
