推拿治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Massage in Treating Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis in Children

目的探讨小儿推拿治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月在赣州市中医院及合作医院赣州市妇幼保健院收治住院的80例急性化脓性扁桃体炎(乳蛾,肺胃热盛证)患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以基础治疗,治疗组在其基础上给予小儿推拿治疗。比较2组患儿的中医证候积分、白细胞计数、临床疗效、退热时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分和白细胞计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为100%(100/100),高于对照组的82.5%(33/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的退热时间为(2.15±0.83)d,低于对照组的(3.21±1.52)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎能缓解患者的症状和炎症反应,提高临床疗效,减少退热时间及不良反应发生情况。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children,and to take advantage of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,80 children who were hospitalized in the pediatrics of Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and partner hospital Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and met the lung and stomach heat type milk moth were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given pediatric massage treatment on the basis of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,white blood cell value changes,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed and recorded.Results The TCM syndrome score and WBC count in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%(100/100),which was higher than that of the control group(82.5%)(33/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time of the treatment group was(2.15±0.83)d,lower than that of the control group(3.21±1.52)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage assisted treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children has a good clinical effect,and the children have high compliance and have the value of promotion.
