中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎临床观察和护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Chinese Medicine Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis of Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach Type

目的探究中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效和护理。方法选择江西省南丰县中医院2017年12月—2019年12月收治的58例慢性胃炎患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。对照组口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊和常规护理,观察组给予中药热奄包治疗和综合护理干预。比较2组患者治疗效果、疾病知晓率、治疗依从率及并发症总发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的疾病知晓率、治疗依从率均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的的并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包可有效治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎,配合综合护理手段可有效提升患者的疾病认知率和治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing of Chinese medicine fomentation package in the treatment of chronic gastritis of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods 58 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Nanfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsule and routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fomentation package and comprehensive nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect,disease awareness rate,treatment compliance rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the disease awareness rate and treatment compliance rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of bleeding,shock,gastric ulcer and other complications was lower in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fomentation package can effectively treat the chronic gastritis of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Combined with the comprehensive nursing method,it can effectively improve the patients’disease cognition rate and treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
