感知价值对网络百科用户持续贡献意愿的影响:社区认同的中介作用

Influence of Perceived Value on the Intention of Sustainable Contribution in the Internet Encyclopedias User: The Mediating Role of Community Identity

[目的/意义]文章探索了网络百科用户持续贡献意愿的影响因素,为进一步优化用户激励措施,促进网络百科持续发展提供理论指导。[方法/过程]本文从感知价值理论和社会认同理论出发,提出研究假设和构建理论模型,采用问卷调查法,收集了294份有效的百度百科用户数据。在信效度检验通过的基础上,使用分层回归分析法进行假设验证。[结果/结论]研究结果发现:贡献行为的感知利他价值、感知学习价值和感知社交价值对持续贡献意愿发挥正向作用,社区认同在其中发挥中介作用。最后,对促进网络百科用户持续贡献意愿提出了针对性的建议。

[Objective/Significance]This paper explores the influencing factors of users’sustainable contribution in the Internet Encyclopedias,provides theoretical guidance for further optimizing the user incentive measures and promoting the sustainable development of online encyclopedia.[Methods/Process]This paper from the angles of the theory of perceived value and social identity,the hypotheses and research model were constructed.294 copies of user’valid data of Baidu Encyclopedia were collected by questionnaire survey.Based the reliability and validity proved,the hypotheses were verified by hierarchical regression analysis.[Results/Conclusions]The study found that perceived altruistic value,perceived learning value,perceived social value of contributions have positive impacts on the intention of sustainable contribution,community identity plays an intermediary role.Finally,this paper provides pointed suggestions for sustainable contribution in the Internet Encyclopedias user.
