Au/聚吡咯复合材料吸附与催化性能的研究

摘要 分别采用原位负载法和沉积沉淀法合成了Au/聚吡咯复合材料(Au/PPy),通过一系列表征发现,PPy形呈颗粒状且表面粗糙,尺寸范围为150 nm~250 nm,原位负载法获得的Au/PPy-S1中Au的尺寸为5 nm~20 nm,沉积沉淀法制得的Au/PPy-S2中Au的尺寸为100 nm~200 nm。探究了Au/PPy对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能及其催化还原对硝基苯酚的催化活性,发现对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能顺序为Au/PPy-S1>PPy>Au/PPy-S2,说明发挥吸附作用的是PPy,负载小尺寸的Au有助于提高PPy对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附;对硝基苯酚催化还原成对氨基苯酚的催化活性顺序为Au/PPy-S1>Au/PPy-S2>PPy,说明其起催化作用的是Au,Au的尺寸分布影响其催化活性。通过制备方法和性能研究,探究了导电聚合物PPy在处理水体污染物的应用。 The Au/polypyrrole(Au/PPy)composites are synthesized by the in-situ loading method and the deposition-precipitation method,respectively.By using a series of characterizations,it is found that the PPy with a size range of 150 nm~250 nm is particles and has a rough surface.The size of Au in the obtained Au/PPy-S1 by the in-situ loading method is 5 nm~20 nm,while in Au/PPy-S2 prepared by the deposition-precipitation method is 100 nm~200 nm.The adsorption performance of Au/PPy for Cr(Ⅵ)and the catalytic activity of catalytic reduction of p-nitrophenol are explored.It is found that the order of adsorption performance of the three composites for Cr(Ⅵ)is Au/PPy-S1>PPy>Au/PPy-S2.The results show that it is PPy that plays an important role on the adsorption performance,and loading with small size of Au helps to improve the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ).The catalytic activity order of the three composites for the catalytic reduction of p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol is Au/PPy-S1>Au/PPy-S2>PPy,indicating that Au plays a catalytic role,and the size distribution of Au affects the catalytic activity.Through the study of preparation methods and performances,the applications of conductive polymer PPy in treating with water pollutants are explored.
