摘要
依据协同学理论,在构建基于强化布鲁塞尔反应的区域知识创新系统演化模型的基础上,运用2013—2017年统计数据,测度31个省市区域知识创新能力指数。对模型进行推导和求解,并利用Matlab软件进行仿真分析,详细研究区域知识创新系统的演化规律。研究表明:知识产权保护程度作为系统强化因子对区域知识创新系统的演化具有正向作用,政府管控程度作为系统外部控制变量对区域知识创新系统的演化具有负向作用。基于仿真研究的结果,提出了促进区域知识创新系统演化的对策。
According to the synergetics theory,it constructed an evolutionary model of regional knowledge innovation system based on enhanced Brusselator response.Using the statistical data from 2013 to 2017,the knowledge innovation capability index of 31 provinces was measured.The model was deduced and solved,and the simulation analysis was carried out by using Matlab software.The evolution law of regional knowledge innovation system was studied in detail.The results show that the degree of intellectual property protection as a system reinforcement factor plays a positive role in the evolution of the system;on the contrary,the degree of government control as an external control variable plays a negative role in the evolution of the system.Based on the results of simulation research,it put forward the countermeasures to promote the evolution of regional knowledge innovation system.
