摘要
消费迭代加剧创新的不确定性,项目计划与进度随时调整已成为常态,时间正成为企业无法忽略的决胜资源。本文从个体时间特质的多样性视角出发,基于团队时间协调理论,系统研究时间领导力和员工同步偏好协同影响团队创造力的作用机制。基于66个研发团队和326名团队成员的嵌套数据,运用区间估计Bootstrap法和Johnson-Neyman技术进行假设检验。结果显示:时间领导力正向影响团队创造力;团队时间共识中介两者关系;同步偏好两阶段调节时间共识的中介作用,即同步偏好不仅助力时间领导力凝聚团队时间共识,还促进团队时间共识转化为团队创造力。研究结果为整合创新任务的时间悖论和个体时间特质的多样性提供了一个框架,也为破解“团队协作悖论”提供了新的视角。
Consumption iteration aggravates the uncertainty of innovation.It has become normal for project objectives and schedule to be adjusted at any time.Time is becoming a decisive resource that cannot be ignored by enterprises.From the perspective of the temporal diversity,based on the team temporal coordination theory,it systematically studied the mechanism of temporal leadership and employee synchrony preference synergistically influencing team creativity.It shows that temporal leadership has a positive impact on team creativity;shared temporal cognitions mediates the relationship between them;synchrony preference moderates shared temporal cognition in two stages,that is,synchrony preference not only helps temporal leaders to cohere team shared temporal cognition,but also promotes the transformation of shared temporal cognition into team creativity.The results provide a framework for integrating the temporal paradox of innovation tasks and the diversity of individual temporal characteristics.It also provides a new perspective for solving the paradox of teamwork.
