基于马尔科夫和Stackelberg博弈的云服务竞价策略

摘要 在多云服务商激烈竞争的市场中,用户数量的不断增加导致云服务商的边际成本发生变化。云服务商要考虑如何合理地设计最佳的定价策略,以击败其他云服务商并获得最大化利润。本文提出基于马尔科夫和Stackelberg博弈的方法设计最佳定价策略。首先,将竞争环境中的定价问题建模为Stackelberg博弈模型;其次,利用马尔科夫模型预测下一时刻云服务商采取某种决策的概率;最后,探究决策的转移矩阵的列向量与价格增量的关系。实验表明,本文方法行之有效,能够合理测算云服务的价格运行区间。 In the fierce competition of cloud service providers in the market,the increasing number of users leads to changes in the marginal cost of cloud service providers.How do cloud service providers rationally design the best pricing strategy to defeat other cloud service providers and maximize profits?To solve this problem,this paper proposes a method based on Markov and Stackelberg game to design the optimal pricing strategy.Firstly,the pricing problem in the competitive environment is modeled as a Stackelberg game model.Secondly,the Markov model is used to predict the probability that cloud service providers will take some decision at the next moment.Finally,the relationship between column vectors of decision transfer matrix and price increment is explored.A large number of experiments show that our method is effective and can reasonably calculate the price range of cloud services.
