摘要
野外实习是生态学教学的重要环节,研究性实习对于学生认识自然界中蕴含的生态学问题、形成科学思维和了解所在区域的生态环境现状具有重要的意义。本文以“长白山异质生境针阔混交林木本植物小枝功能性状的比较研究”为例,介绍了研究性生态学实习设计的目的、原则、理念与实践过程。异质环境下木本植物新生小枝以及叶片性状的可塑性是植物生长和适应环境的重要体现,全球气候变化的背景下在生物多样性丰富的长白山地区开展相关内容的研究性实习,能够激发学生的研究兴趣。该项内容的研究方法简单,实验周期短,研究成本低,可进行系列的扩展研究,以期为其他院校的生态学研究性实习提供一定的参考。
Field internship is an important part of ecology teaching.Research internship is of great significance for students to understand the ecological problems in nature,form scientific thinking and know the current situation of ecological environment in the region.This paper introduces the purpose,principle,idea and process of the research ecology internship design based on the study of the functional traits of woody plant branches of coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forest in a heterogeneous habitat of Changbai Mountain.The plasticity of new branches and leaf traits of woody plants in a heterogeneous environment is vital to plant growth and adaptation to the environment.Conducting research internships on the relevant biodiversity can stimulate students research interest in Changbai Mountain region under global change.The research method is simple,the experiment period is short,and the research cost is low.A series of extended studies can be carried out in future.This research will provide some reference for ecological research internships in other colleges and universities.
