基于GIS的城市“多规合一”信息平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Urban“Multi-plan Integration”Information Platform Based on GIS

借助GIS、云计算、大数据等先进技术,统筹构建了“多规合一”大数据资源中心,搭建了“多规合一”信息平台,系统阐述了平台的建设目标和框架设计,实现了“一张图”管理、多规冲突检测和协调、建设项目业务协同、重大项目选址等提升了政府部门规划业务审批能力和信息化决策手段,为其它城市“多规合一”信息平台建设提供借鉴。

With the help of GIS,cloud computing,big data and other advanced technologies,this paper constructs the“multi planning in one”big data resource center,builds the“multi planning in one”information platform,systematically expounds the construction goal and framework design of the platform,and realizes the application subsystems of“one map”management,multi planning conflict detection and coordination,construction project business collaboration,major project site selection,etc.It improves the planning business approval ability and information decision-making means of government departments,and provides reference for the construction of“multi planning integration”information platform in other cities.
