摘要 针对传统单相高压大功率Buck变换器中由于线路寄生参数和器件非理想特性的影响,在功率开关管两端会产生过高电压尖峰的缺点,提出一种无源无损吸收的交错并联Buck电路。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理,通过仿真与实验进行验证,结果表明该变换器能够在不增加额外损耗的前提下有效抑制电压尖峰,同时可以增大纹波频率和减小输出电流纹波,降低对滤波电感和滤波电容的要求,提高变换器的功率密度。 Aiming at the influence of parasitic parameters and non-ideal characteristics of devices in traditional singlephase high voltage and high power Buck converter,excessive voltage spike will be generated at both ends of the power devices,an interleaving Buck circuit with passive lossless snubber is proposed.Working principle of the converter is analyzed,and it is verified through simulation and experiments.The results show that converter can effectively suppress voltage spike without increasing additional losses,increase the ripple frequency and reduce the output current ripple and reduce the requirements for filter inductance and filter capacitor,and improve the power density of the converter.
