摘要
油浸式变压器故障检测仿生机器人是一种可以辅助电网中大型油浸式变压器或者换流器故障检测的机器人。根据仿生学的特点,提出了油浸式变压器故障检测仿生机器人的设计方案,研究了仿生机器人的机构原理及设计过程。针对仿生机器人的密封舱体、驱动机构、沉浮机构的结构设计进行详尽的阐述。基于ANSYS分析平台对仿生机器人的运动学进行仿真分析,验证了仿生机器人整体设计的合理与可靠性。
The oil-immersed transformer fault detection bionic robot is a robot that can assist the fault detection of large oil-immersed transformers or inverters in the power grid.According to the characteristics of bionics,a design scheme of a bionic robot for fault detection of oil-immersed transformers is proposed,and the mechanism principle and design process of the bionic robot are studied.The structural design of the sealed cabin,driving mechanism and sink-floating mechanism of the bionic robot is elaborated in detail.The simulation analysis of the kinematics of the bionic robot based on ANSYS verifies the rationality and reliability of the overall design of the bionic robot.
