摘要
基于配气机构的运动学原理,构建了一种双气门配气机构布置方法。以发动机动态气门升程为目标,对某柴油机的布置方案展开优化计算,得到最优的布置方式;并以此进行动力学测试。测试结果表明,优化后方案有效地提高了气门升程的一致性。
Based on the motion of valve system,a layout algorithm for dual valve engine is built.The dynamic valve lift is set as the objective to carry out optimal design of the layout in a diesel engine,and the optimal design of valve system is tested on the dynamic test bench.The test results show that the optimal design of the layout can effectively ensure the consistency of valve lift.
