简要比较了几种常见转矩加载方式的异同,提出了液力转矩加载试验方案的可行性,并依据产品试验要求设计了液力转矩加载方案,进行了试验设备选型计算,对主要设备的功能作简要介绍,最后对该液力转矩加载试验方案存在的问题做了讨论,并提出方案实施过程中应注意的重点问题。

The similarities and differences of several common torque loading methods are briefly compared.The feasibility of hydraulic torque loading test scheme is proposed.According to the test requirements of product,the scheme of hydraulic torque loading is designed.The selection of test equipment is calculated,the functions of main device are introduced.Finally,the problems in the test scheme of hydraulic load torque are discussed,and key problems which are founded during the implementation of test scheme are proposed.
