摘要 根据星载天线指向稳定的需求,研究了带减振系统的天线指向机构在随机振动环境下的性能。提出了一种基于三向等刚度减震器的星载天线指向机构减振系统,分析了减震器的布局以及减震器参数的选择。随机振动试验表明,天线指向机构加装三向等刚度减震器后,固有频率降低,振动量级减小。通过对比天线指向机构减振前后的稳定精度,得出以下结论:天线指向机构减振后,三轴俯仰向和方位向稳定精度都明显提升,且方位向稳定精度更高。通过试验验证,该减振系统满足总体对稳定精度的指标要求,保证了天线指向稳定,为后续卫星载荷上天可靠工作奠定了基础。 According to the demand of stability of antenna pointing mechanism on board,the performance of vibration damping system in the random vibration environment is studied.Using the same stiffness dampers in three directions,a suitable damping system for antenna pointing mechanism on board is designed.The distribution of the same stiffness dampers is discussed.The parameters of the dampers are analyzed.Through the random vibration test comparison,mounting the same stiffness dampers in three directions,antenna pointing mechanism on board has lower natural frequency and smaller vibration energy.Finally,by comparing the stability accuracy of antenna pointing mechanism in the two kinds of vibration system,it can be concluded that the stability accuracy of antenna pointing mechanism in both pitch direction and yaw direction is improved obviously after mounting dampers,and antenna pointing mechanism after mounting dampers in yaw direction has higher stability accuracy than in pitch direction.Through test validation,the damping system can make the stability accuracy of antenna pointing mechanism to meet the requirements for the use,and make antenna point stably.
