摘要
针对人工作业方式劳动强度大、企业成本高、加工质量低等生产问题,研制出一种新型全自动卷板机。运用概念设计的思想将卷板机分解为基座组件、行走架组件、旋转主轴组件、压刀组件及侧臂支撑组件,然后对各个子功能组件分别进行系统化的结构设计,最后将各组件集成设计得到了一种新型全自动卷板机。
Aiming at production problems such as high labor intensity,high enterprise cost and low processing quality in manual operation,a new type of fully automatic plate rolling machine was developed.Based on the idea of conceptual design,the plate rolling machine is decomposed into the base component,the traveling frame component,the rotating spindle component,the press tool component and the side arm support component.Each sub-function component is systematically designed,and then the components are integrated and designed to obtain a new type of fully automatic plate rolling Machine.
