摘要
在M4以下的高精密小螺纹加工过程中,易于出现断丝锥、螺纹孔底部堆积切屑、螺纹牙尖毛刺。文中分别对比分析挤压攻丝、切削攻丝和铣削螺纹等3种加工方式的优点和缺点,在加工细节上提高螺纹质量。
In the process of high-precision small threads below M4,broken taps,accumulation of chips at the bottom of the threaded holes,and thread tip burrs are prone to appear.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of extrusion tapping,cutting tapping and thread milling to improve thread quality in processing details.
