摘要
铁钻工是一种配套钻井的自动化井口工具,主要用于进行钻杆、钻铤、接头的旋扣和冲扣作业,可替代人力操作,并能有效提高生产效率和安全性。文中探讨的铁钻工冲扣钳结构为三点直推式,适用于大转矩级别的铁钻工,通过对冲扣钳壳体进行过程分析、制定加工工艺流程并完成了生产制造,为三点直推式铁钻工的壳体加工提供了技术支撑。
The Iron Roughneck is an automated wellhead tool for supporting drilling.It is mainly used for the screwing and punching of drill pipes,collars and joints,which can replace manual operations and greatly improve the efficiency of production and safety.The structure of its clamping pliers discussed in this paper is a three-point direct-push type,which is suitable for the high-torque grade of the iron roughneck.By analyzing the process of the shell of the clamping pliers,this paper develops the process flow and completes the manufacturing,which provides the technical support for the shell processing of the three-point direct-push iron roughneck.
