摘要
盐皮质激素受体(MR)是类固醇-反应核受体家族的成员,可以调节激素信号的传递以及激活醛固酮靶基因的表达。MR相关的信号通路参与了炎症细胞因子、生长因子、血管紧张素Ⅱ和氧化应激等多种生理病理反应过程。多种中药及其活性成分能够调控MR,本研究对近年来中医药调控MR治疗相关疾病的研究进展进行综述。
Mineralocorticoid receptor(MR)is a member of the steroid-responsive nuclear receptor family,which can regulate the transmission of hormone signals and activate the expression of aldosterone target genes.MR-related signal pathways participate in a variety of physiological and pathological reactions involving inflammatory cytokines,growth factors,angiotensinⅡ,and oxidative stress.A variety of traditional Chinese herbs and their active ingredients can regulate MR,and in this study,authors reviewed the research progress of MR regulated by traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of related diseases in recent years.
