摘要
从共生视角提出校企合作中学校和企业是共生体,以共生理论为基础构建了学校和企业的共生系统,主要概述了共生单元、共生界面、共生基质和共生环境的构成。并以构建的校企共生系统为研究对象,设置了影响校企共生系统稳定性的十六个因素指标,借助于层次分析法(AHP)来确定各个指标的权重。最后根据层次分析法的研究结果,提出了若干维持校企共生系统稳定性的建议,为进一步科学合理地开展校企合作提供了参考依据。
From the perspective of symbiosis,this paper puts forward that school and enterprise are the symbiont in school-enterprise cooperation and establishes the symbiosis system based on symbiosis theory.It summarizes the construction of symbiotic unit,symbiotic interface,symbiotic matrix and symbiotic environment,takes schools and enterprises as objects for research,sets up the 16 factors that affect the stability of school-enterprise symbiosis system,determines the proportion of each index with the help of AHP.Finally,according to the results of the analytic hierarchy process,some suggestions are put forward to maintain the stability of the school-enterprise symbiosis system,which provides a reference for further scientific and reasonable development of school-enterprise cooperation.
