摘要
通过一系列的工作流程和制度安排,建构高职院校专业课程与思政课程同向同行的协同育人机制,是落实教育立德树人根本任务的重要保证。建构高职院校专业课程与思政课程同向同行的协同育人机制,有利于推动高职院校人才培养从“技能本位”向“德技并修”转变,有利于高职院校整合教育资源,形成育人合力。高职院校专业课程与思政课程同向同行协同育人的可行性,主要体现在理论前提、历史经验、实践基础三个方面。建构高职院校专业课程与思政课程同向同行的协同育人机制,应主要从目标协同机制、教学协同机制、考核评价机制等方面进行探索。
It is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges to construct a collaborative education mechanism of professional courses and ideological and political courses through a series of work processes and institutional arrangements.The construction of the cooperative education mechanism of professional courses and ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the transformation of personnel training from“skill standard”to“moral and technical training”,the integration of resources and the formation of educational power.The feasibility of cooperative education of professional courses and ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges lies in three aspects:theoretical premise,historical experience and practical basis.The construction of the cooperative education mechanism of the professional courses and the ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges should mainly be explored from the aspects of incentive and guidance mechanism,multi-party cooperation mechanism,work guarantee mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism.
