延迟亚低温康复干预在脑出血患者中的应用效果

Application effects of delayed mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察延迟亚低温康复护理在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年8月收治的脑出血患者80例,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施延迟亚低温康复护理干预。观察2组凝血功能、炎性因子、氧化应激和神经功能相关指标及脑出血量,并进行预后判定。结果2组护理后凝血因子PT和APTT水平均较护理前明显升高,D-D水平均较护理前明显降低(P<0.05);炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α、hs-CRP含量均较护理前明显降低(P<0.05);MDA、NSE、GFAP含量均较护理前明显降低,SOD活性均较护理前明显上升(P<0.05);脑出血量和NIHSS评分均较护理前明显降低(P<0.05)。护理后观察组与对照组比较,上述指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。延迟亚低温康复护理3个月后,观察组GCS评分和满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延迟亚低温康复护理应用于脑出血患者效果显著,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the application effects of delayed mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in control group were treated by routine treatment,however,the patients in observation group were treated by delayed mild hypothermic rehabilitation nursing.The blood coagulation function,inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and nerve function related indexes and cerebral hemorrhage volume were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of coagulation factor PT and APTT in both groups were significantly increased,and the DD levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05),moreover the levels of inflammatory factors IL-1β,TNF-α,hs-CRP and the levels of MDA,NSE,and GFAP were significantly decreased,but SOD activities were significantly increased(P<0.05),and cerebral hemorrhage amount and NIHSS scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were significantly differences in above indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).After 3-month nursing,the GCS scores and satisfaction rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The delayed mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing has significant effects for the patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can improve the prognosis of patients.
