摘要
汽轮发电机组的振动监测是新建机组整套启动及大修后机组启动的重要环节,特殊的异常振动问题甚至直接影响机组的投产时间及带负荷能力。本文以某350 MW超临界汽轮发电机组为研究对象,针对该机组整套启动期间,高中压、低压以及发电机转子遭遇的四类异常振动现象,结合实际运行参数及频谱分析数据,详尽诊断了分析过程,给出了振动异常的原因,并基于该分析结果提出了合理化建议,最终帮助机组顺利完成了168 h满负荷试运。
Vibration monitoring of steam turbine generator units is an important part of the integrated starting of newly-built units and the units after overhaul,special abnormal vibration can directly affect the commissioning time and load capacity of the unit.In this paper,a 350 MW supercritical steam turbine generator unit is taken as the research object.In view of the four kinds of abnormal vibration phenomena encountered by high and middle pressure rotor,low pressure rotor and generator rotor during the integrated starting period of the unit,the diagnosis and analysis process are detailed and the reasons for abnormal vibration are given based on the actual operating parameters and spectrum analysis data.Based on the analysis results,reasonable suggestions were put forward to help the unit successfully complete 168 hours full load test.
