Local CPC Organization Founded in 1923

青岛是全国建党较早的地区之一,作为当时工商业相对发达的城市,青岛很早就引起了中央和山东早期党组织的注意。1923年4月,中共一大代表邓恩铭受党组织派遣,到青岛筹建党团组织。

In April 1923,Deng Enming,Representative of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),came to Qingdao,preparing for a Party and Youth League organization in Qingdao that would lead workers'movement.In August,the first Communist Party organization in Qingdao-CPC Qingdao Group was founded,with Deng Enming as Secretary.Qingdao was among the first in China to establish a Party organization.
