摘要 乡村教育振兴,乡村教师队伍素质全面提升,呼唤构建乡村教师精准培训体系。分层分科分类是乡村教师精准培训的前提和保障。福建省近十年来,在乡村教师培训实践中大力推进分层分类分科五级联动的乡村教师精准培训体系建构行动,为乡村教师队伍素质提升发挥重要作用。这一培训体系的构建具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,需要教育行政部门、教研机构和教师培训院校进一步深入探索和实践。 The revitalization of rural education and the overall improvement of the quality of rural teachers call for the establishment of an accurate training system for rural teachers.Stratification,classification and subject-separation are the prerequisite and guarantee for accurate training of rural teachers.In the past ten years,Fujian Province has vigorously promoted the action of the construction of an accurate training system for rural teachers with stratification,classification,subject-separation and five-level linkage in the practice of rural teacher training,which has played an important role in improving the quality of rural teachers.The construction of this training system has important theoretical significance and practical value,and requires further exploration and practice by educational administrative departments,teaching and research institutions,and teacher training colleges.
