一种基于穿孔钢带的同步推送装置

Synchronized Pushing Device Based on Perforated Steel Belt

摘要 某推送装置要求高载荷比、高空间比。针对钢带传动技术进行了深入研究,提出了一种基于穿孔钢带的解决方案。从穿孔钢带的原理、传动系统的实现方式、钢带强度及寿命、钢带张紧等方面开展工作,完成了装置的装配及调试。结果表明,基于穿孔钢带的同步推送装置工作稳定,性能可靠,有广阔的应用前景。 One pushing device requires high load and space ratio.Steel belt transmission technology is researched deeply,and a scheme to solve perforated steel belts is proposed.Based on the principle of perforated steel belt,the realization of the transmission system,the strength and life of the steel belt and the tensing of the steel belt,work has been carried out to complete the assembly and debugging of the device.Results show that the synchronized pushing device based on perforated steel belt works stably and has reliable performance,which have a broad application prospects.
