摘要
为检验某工厂新加装的变截面吊车梁是否满足设计要求以及安全性能否得到保障,通过Abaqus软件对该吊车钢梁进行不同工况下的模拟计算,并结合规范进行刚度、强度验算.结果表明:2种工况下吊车梁强度、刚度均满足规范要求;其中最大正应力为89.42 MPa,最大切应力为40.62 MPa,最大位移为2.82 mm,且工况2应力和位移均大于工况1,说明荷载作用在跨中时对吊车梁承载能力要求更高.根据模拟结果提出2处钢梁受力薄弱点的加固方案,经过模拟对比验证了加固方案的可行性,可对吊车梁的加固提供参考.
In order to test whether the newly installed variable cross-section crane beam in a factory meets the design requirements and whether the safety can be guaranteed,Abaqus software is used to simulate the crane beam under different working conditions,and the stiffness and strength are checked with the code.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the scrane beam under the two working conditions meet the code require-ments,with the maximum normal stress of 89.42 MPa and the maximum shear stress of 40.62 MPa.The maxi-mum displacement is 2.82 mm,and the stress and displacement of working condition 2 are greater than those of working condition 1,which shows that the load bearing capacity of crane beam is higher when the load acts in the middle of the span.According to the simulation results,two reinforcement schemes for weak points of steel beams are proposed,and the feasibility of the reinforcement schemes is verified by simulation comparison,which can provide reference for the reinforcement of crane beams.
